Barre Yoga

This class is perfect for beginners, it’s a beautiful fusion of Meditation, Vinyasa yoga, pilates elements and of course the ballet barre. If you are wanting a good stretch and a good workout then this class is for you. You are guaranteed to go home feeling, yummy!!!

Barre Define

This class ROCKS! Our Barre Define class is always fully booked and for good reason. This is the perfect class if you love a stronger faster paced workout, Our Barre Define class is more pilates based with core and cardio elements but once we get to the barre it’s no hold backs, prepare to feel the burn. This is a great class for beginners to advanced clients who want to start their barre week with a bang!

Barre Sculpt

This class is SO fun! Barre Sculpt has it all, it’s a high energy, work up a lil sweat, feel good, party class. You never really know what your going to get in this class and that’s half the fun 😉 We all like a little bit of mystery don’t we.. It’s great for beginners to advanced clients..
